Status Quo

Brand identity and poster design for fictional film festival, Status Quo. Festival showcases contemporary Asian and Asian American stories- in particular, stories that challenge the norm and redefine what it means to be Asian/Asian American today.

For the creation of logo and text, letters were first traced onto a red plastic bag, then manipulated on the scanner before undergoing digital processing in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to reach the final result. Type is a modified version of Extenda︎︎︎ from Zeta Fonts.
